Weight loss update

as of today I weighed 189lbs wow even I cant believe it, I'm 9 pounds from losing 200lbs, that like 2 1/4 Shamblin's lol

I'm Alive

To all my friends at Children's and beyond I MISS EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU (even you RIN,MIRANDA, and COURTNEY. Ching-Chong Call me. Well things have been really crazy for me, I finally went on my first date since Kara, It was strange but really fun-we went to lunch, and then shopping stop laughing Miranda.... :) You guys need to make a trip to see me it beautiful here, GPOE I miss u, Miranda,Sherry,Jimmy Can I get a ROLL TIDE. As always Hogs suck, but theres next year. Baseball season is right around the corner 95 days til the first pitch Skip. Well love you all call me.

A new begining is coming

Well its been close to 8 years since I left home and move to a great place call Alabama but now its time to move on and start over. Nov 1st will be my last day in Alabama and I will be moving to Arkansas. I'm really happy but I am really sad because I don't want to leave my friends but sometime you have to let go. I wish I could take everyone that I work with in the ER with me to Little Rock and then everything would be awesome. I really with miss my best friend of all Ced, he has been there for me through everything. I will be posting alot of new things so please leave your comments and don't for get to call me. Well love all of you guys and thanks for being there for me and for being my friends.

Just some thoughts

As of Saturday night at 10pm it became Texas week, I hate the Texas longhorns. Well the Hogs come into this week 2-0 which is good but the Hogs have had to win ugly but I would rather win ugly than not win at all, I want the Hogs to win this weekend but I think there's no chance but I can still hope for win. I went to the Alabama vs Tulane game on Saturday and I had a great time Bama won, I have to make a confession for the first time since I have been in Alabama I got home sick I wanted to just pack up everything and move home, but the bad thing about it is I want to move all of my friends and the people that I work with then I would be happy, I feel sad,alone, and bored when I'm not working and I guess if I had my mom and dad to at least go and see every once in a while. I hate it that it takes me 6 hrs to go and see my folks. I need to get in school quick so I will have something to take up my time besides work. Well our softball team is not doing so hot, but at least were having fun.

Fall is near

Oh I can feel it starting, the nights are starting to turn cool a little which means that College Football is near as of right now in less than 7 days CFB will have started. Arkansas Razorback are my favorite team which if you know me than you already know that, I hate to say it but there not going to be good this year so I will have to pull for my other team which happens to be in the same western conference as the Hogs Alabama. I will still root for the Hogs when they play Bama but I hope that I am wrong. I have high hope for Bobby Patrino and the Hogs in the near future but right now I just have to weather the storms as they come. I would have to say that Fall is my favorite time of the year just because I love it when you don't have to turn the Air on and you still don't have to turn the Heat on, just open the doors and windows and just enjoy what God gives you. This has been one of the most strangest 10 months of my life, lets looks back in Oct I had my Surgery, I spent my 1st Thanksgiving alone, My wife left me, I spent my 1st Christmas, New Years, B-Day alone, I have lost 180lbs, I bought a new car, I paid off all of my Debt, all in all its been one hell of a year and its only the middle of Aug. I have had to do some growing up and I had to do it quick, so I would like to say thank you to all of my friends and people that I confide in, you don't know how much you have helped me move on and past the things that I cant change. I would Like to personally thank some of my really great friends like Laura aka Poppy,Cedric,Brent, Scooter aka Dr. Pork Chop aka Scott Russell, Erica Liebelt, and my favorite Doc in the whole world Ann, Wilson, Courtney, Sammy, Bubba, Trevor and Last but not least Jenna aka Nabo aka Kid. Thank you each and everyone of you. I will be starting new chapters in my life and as I have my friends around me I still look back at time and think what might have been, I will eventually find a GF (Hopefully) lol and I will finally get in school and finish what I started. So as these journeys that I travel that I have no clue where I will end up I as that everyone keeps me in there prayers and thoughts.

If I have missed anyone Thanks and Mom and Dad I know you will read this I couldn't done any of this without you, you guys are the greatest and you will never know how much you mean to me because words are not enough to say Thank you enough. I love you Both.

Softball Update

Well were are 2-2 now, what really stinks about the whole things is that we should have won the first game and we could have won the 2ND game but we had to forfeit because our lovely girls on the team didn't show up. Thank you Sarah,Robin, and Kelley for being at the game on time, Missy I know you would have been there but you got lost so thanks for tring it means alot that you did make it because we needed your help and last but Betsy what can I say B-ham traffic is just horrible lol, at least you made it safely. We play this week at 8pm but next week is the show down with the PICU. I cant wait.

Softball Update

Last night we played the Impact Plays, We won 14-4. I went 1-1 and almost got thrown out of the game not once but twice lol. We have a great team for the summer so I'm excited. We are 2-0 this season and play next Thursday night at 6.
